Give someone close their past, their future or both. The person you give it to fills in their own form: you never see their answers.

They receive it that day, in the morning (Paris time).
This is the name they will see: “Sami is giving you Millenage”.

The person receives an “Open my gift” email. They create their Millenage account, or sign in if they have one, then fill in their own form. Until the gift is opened, you can change the date or the address from My lineage, and it can still be refunded.
